I have loved Marc Bolan and his music since 1971 when I heard his first chart single, Ride a White Swan. When this was followed up by Hot Love and Get it On, someone showed me The Best of T.Rex LP, which was a compilation of some material which had been released earlier. When I heard Lofty Skies, I was hooked forever and Marc has played a very big part in my life. When he died, I was affected by his death for many years before meeting up with other fans and being part of a large
extended family of good friends who share my feelings.
